Return to yourself.
Your body remembers how to slow down.
Most people don't need more motivation. They need less noise.
Modern life pulls attention outward — screens, deadlines, comparison, hurry. Slowly, quietly, we lose touch with the one place we actually live: the body. This practice is the way back.
The posture is only the doorway. What matters is what you begin to notice — tension you've carried for years, breath you've been holding without knowing.
Thoughts will come. They always do. Meditation teaches you to watch them arrive and leave — like weather — without becoming the storm.
Every exhale is a message to the body: you are safe, you can soften. Pranayama is the oldest technology for calm — and it is already inside you.
A teacher who practices what she teaches.
Shivani didn't come to yoga looking for a career. She came to it the way most of us do — tired, stretched thin, and quietly aware that something needed to change.
What began as a personal practice slowly became a discipline, then a study, then a calling. Today she teaches yoga, meditation, pranayama and mindfulness to people across India and beyond — all live, all online, all deeply personal.
Her classes are unhurried and precise. No performance, no pressure to keep up. Whether it's a private morning session, a corporate wellness hour, or a slow evening Yoga Nidra, the intention is always the same: help you return to yourself.
The mind was never designed for this much noise.
The body keeps the score.
A racing mind lives in a tense body — tight shoulders, shallow breath, a jaw that never quite unclenches. You can't think your way out of that state. You have to breathe and move your way out.
The practice is the answer.
Slow, intelligent movement releases what the day stores. Pranayama settles the nervous system. Yoga Nidra restores the sleep that screens have stolen. Not as escape — as repair.
Breathe with this circle.
In for four. Hold for two. Out for six.
Three rounds is enough to change your state.
Practices for every kind of return.

You arrive as you are. We listen to the body, the schedule, the sleep, the stress — and meet you exactly there.
Nothing to prove.Breathe
Before anything moves, the breath slows. Pranayama becomes the foundation everything else is built on.
The nervous system softens.Move
Asana enters — slow, deliberate, intelligent. Strength without strain. Range without force.
The body wakes up.Observe
Meditation deepens. You begin to watch thought instead of being swept by it. This is where everything shifts.
The mind grows quiet.Heal
Sleep improves. Reactivity fades. Old tension unwinds in its own time. Yoga Nidra does its slow, patient work.
Repair, not escape.Return
Not to who you were — to who you are underneath the noise. Calm stops being a state you visit and becomes a place you live.

I came for back pain and stayed for the stillness. Shivani teaches like she has all the time in the world — and somehow, in her class, so do you.Private sessions · Gurugram
The Yoga Nidra sessions gave me back my sleep after years of 2 a.m. ceilings. I didn't believe rest could be taught. It can.Yoga Nidra · Online
Our team logs off her corporate sessions visibly different — shoulders lower, voices softer. It's become the calmest hour of our week.Corporate wellness · Delhi NCR
Quiet notes, daily.
Before you begin.
Especially you. Most people who find their way here are beginners — often stiff, often sceptical, often tired. Every practice is adapted to where you are today, not where a poster says you should be. There is no "keeping up" in these classes.
Sessions happen live over video — you'll receive a link before each class. All you need is a quiet corner, a mat, and a device you can prop up. Shivani watches, guides and corrects in real time; it's a class, not a recording.
A restless mind isn't a disqualification — it's the reason to begin. Meditation here starts with breath and body, not forced silence. Restlessness is simply the first thing you learn to observe.
A guided practice of deep, conscious rest done lying down. You follow a voice through the body while the nervous system drops into profound relaxation. Many people describe forty-five minutes of Yoga Nidra as the most rested they've felt in years.
Yes. Corporate wellness sessions, stress-management workshops, International Yoga Day programs and school workshops are all offered — online or on request. Write to us with your team's needs and we'll design something custom.
Simply reach out — WhatsApp or email, whichever feels easier. Shivani will have a short conversation with you about your body, your schedule and what you're looking for, and suggest the right place to start.
The way back is one breath away.
No forms. No funnels. Just a quiet conversation about where you are, and where the practice can take you.
